Baby Care Room
VMX will be the ultimate learning spot for parents. We provide private, well-stocked areas for nursing mothers and baby care for parents. These rooms are located at the Orange County Convention Center in rooms S312, N312 and the Hyatt regency Plaza International Ballroom E. Rooms are open from 7:30 AM until 5:30 pm Saturday – Tuesday, and on Wednesday from 7:30 AM until 2:00 PM

Hours: Saturday through Tuesday, 7:30 AM –5:30 PM, and Wednesday from 7:30 AM –2:00 PM
Children’s Program
Childcare is provided by Tootles for children ages 6 months to 13 years old.

Pricing: Whole day - $170 per child per day, Hourly $35 per child (minimum of 4 hours) per day

Credit card payments are acceptable (5% credit card fee) or by Zelle (zero fees).
RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED TO BE MADE 2 WEEKS BEFORE THE START OF THE EVENT (SATURDAY, JANUARY 17TH). ONSITE REGISTRATION IS LIMITED AND NOT GUARANTEED.
Childcare Cancellation Policy:
• With at least 30 days’ notice, the client receives a full refund.
• Between 30 days and 2 weeks before the event, the refund is 50%.
• With less than 2 weeks’ notice, the booking is non-refundable.
