Get CE credit at NAVC events by scanning your badge at a session door if the event is in-person, by completing a virtual session or by manually adding a session you attended to your record of participation.
HOW DO I GET MY CE?
You will have access to add or remove sessions to your “Record of Participation” at any time in your account or in the app through March 30. After March 30, you will no longer have access to edit your record. Please contact [email protected] for more information.
PLEASE NOTE: If you registered for an in-person and virtual event, all of your CE will be added to the same record of attendance.
VMX Virtual OnDemand Courses: QUIZ REQUIRED
Your CE will be added to your record of participation after completing a session and passing the 5-question quiz, by at least 80%.

RACE-Approved CE
With hundreds of veterinary CE sessions, no other veterinary conference offers you a broader array of subjects. You’re sure to find topics of personal interest, as well as courses for your entire veterinary team.
CE Credit Information
A VMX attendee may obtain as many as 42.5 CE hours by taking advantage of the full slate of sessions offered over the course of the 5-day conference (live and virtual combined).
Credit Hours
CE credits for Hands-on Workshops and Masterclasses are calculated on the number of hours each entails. It is the attendees’ responsibility to track and report their earned CE hours to the appropriate licensing boards.

Documentation
Procedures for certification and documentation of attendance are determined by the individual state board. Compliance with these policies is the responsibility of the registrant. We recommend that you keep a handwritten record of your session attendance to compare with the copy you can email or print at the CE Center during the Conference.
AAVSB RACE Certification
Our programs are reviewed and certified by the American Association of Veterinary State Boards Registry of Continuing Education (AAVSB RACE), a national clearinghouse for the approval of continuing education providers and their programs. Providers voluntarily apply to the RACE program and agree to abide by the RACE Standards. AAVSB does not solicit participation in the RACE program. The NAVC is an approved Continuing Education RACE Provider, Provider ID #172. Please contact the AAVSB RACE program if you have any comments/concerns regarding any program’s validity or relevancy to the veterinary profession.
