NAVC Priority Points Program
History and Purpose of the Program
The NAVC Priority Points program was created and introduced in 2015, in preparation for our move to the Orange County Convention Center in 2017. The points earned by our exhibitors each year are used to determine a ranking system, which we use to assign booth selection appointments. Through the years, our Priority Points program has continued to evolve as we have grown as an organization. Below are the details for this year’s program, which will run from February through January.
Our Priority Points program will continue to be used to determine booth selection appointments and also to reward our loyal exhibitors, sponsors and advertisers for your support to the North American Veterinary Community year-round.
Timing for the Priority Points Program Calculations
Points will be calculated based on all NAVC exhibits, sponsorships, and advertising investments for the entire year. Total investments will determine booth selection appointment assignments for the concurrent year’s VMX.
VMX 2027 Booth Selections: Total NAVC spend from February 1, 2025 – January 31, 2026 will be used to determine booth selection appointment assignments for VMX 2027.
VMX 2028 Booth Selections: Total NAVC spend from February 1, 2026 – January 31, 2027 will be used to determine booth selection appointment assignments for VMX 2028.
Eligible companies must have exhibited at VMX 2026 to receive priority booth selection for VMX 2027. Our top 30 industry partners will be invited to select their booths during an assigned appointment by April 2026. All other VMX 2026 exhibitors will receive booth selection appointments scheduled between April and May 2026, before the floor plan opens to new exhibitors or companies that did not exhibit at VMX 2026

New Exhibitors
Welcome! If you are exhibiting for the first time, thank you for joining the NAVC family! You will start earning NAVC Priority Points immediately.
If you have been part of a merger or acquisition, you may use the accumulated points from either company, but not both companies combined. Priority Points are tied to a company, not an individual. Seniority is considered an asset during a merger and/or acquisition. A company must provide official documentation showing proof of ownership to NAVC.
Joint Ownership, Parent/Child
Companies that exhibit with the NAVC that are owned by one company can choose to be ranked as a “family” and can combine points. A child company can be placed using a parent company's points after the parent company is assigned their booth. If the parent company is not exhibiting, the child company cannot use the parent company's points.
*Additional points may be provided at the discretion of NAVC.
