As you know, in 2018, we are moving from the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) West Halls C-E to the OCCC South Halls A-B. The OCCC South Halls A-B location is even bigger and better than our 2017 location and still just 15 minutes from the airport! We are extremely excited about this move as it will offer more space and more opportunities for our attendees, as well as our Industry Partners!
The Partner Points System was initiated to prepare us for the original move but we have been able to tweak the system to make it even better for the 2018 move! The points system continues to be based on several factors, including year-round sponsorship investment and history of exhibiting at the NAVC Conference and Institute, and it will be utilized to objectively determine Exhibit Hall location selection. There are five NAVC Partnership Levels, based on year-round direct and indirect sponsorship investment. Point accrual is based on these levels as follows:
No matter how much money you provide as a sponsor to the NAVC, we will be providing you with the possibility to earn points. Those in the Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Silver or Bronze Partnership Levels will also receive these points. Point accrual in this category is based on the following levels:
The NAVC Partnership Levels for 2017 are determined by sponsorship investments from June 1, 2015 to May 31, 2016 and will be part of what determines your ranking for the NAVC Conference 2018. Please note: advertising and exhibit spending is not included in year-round partnership level amounts, however exhibit spending IS factored into point accrual.
We do want to reward you for purchasing year round advertising (NAVC.com and/or any of our NAVC provided eNewsletters). If you purchase year round advertising by October 31, 2016, you will receive 1 point.

New Exhibitors: Welcome! If you are exhibiting for the first time during the NAVC Conference 2017, thank you for joining the NAVC family! You will start earning NAVC Partner Points immediately.
If you have been part of a merger or acquisition, you may use the accumulated points from either company, but not both companies combined. Those companies that exhibit with the NAVC that are owned by one company can choose to be ranked as a “family” and combine points.
In mid-June 2016 the NAVC Conference 2016 exhibitors will receive notification of their total points and Rank that will be used to set up appointments to pick booth space for the NAVC Conference 2018.
In November 2016, the Top 20 Industry Partners will be set up with appointments to pick their booth space. In February and March 2017, the remaining 2016 exhibitors will receive an invitation based on “points” to pick booth space on-line by appointment. New prospective exhibitors for 2018 will receive an invitation to apply beginning April 2017.
If you pay 100% of your Conference exhibitor fees before May 31, you will receive two (2) points. If you pay 50%, you’ll receive one (1) point if paid by May 31.
If you do not participate in the above offer Fifty percent (50%) of your NAVC Conference 2018 payment will be due July 1, 2017 and the remaining will be due October 1, 2017.
If you are interested in exhibiting at the NAVC Institute please contact us so that you can take advantage of the extra points and high level of exposure you can receive during this very popular five day intensive hands on laboratory setting. Booth pick for this function is based on “First Right of Refusal” but points gained assist with your booth pick for the NAVC Conference.
