• Access your veterinary CE certificates

Here’s what to do once you’ve attended CE sessions at VMX.

Access Your VMX 2018 CE Certificate

With our VMX Portal, it’s easy to access certificates for your veterinary continued education (CE) credits.

LOGIN TO THE ATTENDEE SERVICE CENTER

Please note: Certificate of Attendance and number of veterinary CE hours you receive will be based on your registration type (Veterinarian, Veterinary Technicians, Practice Manager, etc). Some boards have limitations on the hours accepted in certain categories or restrictions on methods of delivery for CE as well as specific procedures for certification and documentation of attendance. Compliance is the responsibility of the registrant.

    RACE-APPROVED CE

With more than 1,200 veterinary CE sessions, no other veterinary conference offers you a broader array of subjects. You’re sure to find topics of personal interest, as well as courses for your entire veterinary team. Learn more about RACE.

    HOW VETERINARY CE CALCULATION WORKS

    75-minute session = 1.5 CE credit hours
    50-minute session = 1 CE credit hour
    20-minute session = 0.5 CE credit hour
    15-minute session = 0.25 CE credit hour

CE credits for Hands-on Laboratories, Meet the Professor Luncheons and Rounds are calculated on the number of hours each entails. It is the attendees’ responsibility to track and report their earned CE hours to the appropriate licensing boards.

    DOCUMENTATION

Procedures for certification and documentation of attendance are determined by the individual state board. Compliance with these policies is the responsibility of the registrant. We recommend that you keep a handwritten record of your session attendance to compare with the copy you can email or print at the CE Center during the Conference.

    VETERINARIANS LICENSED IN TEXAS

Veterinarians licensed in the states of Texas MUST obtain their CE Certificate prior to leaving VMX. Certificates are printed at the CE Center and cannot be mailed or issued after the event.
