Complimentary coffee, tea and sodas are available to VMX registrants during our morning coffee breaks. Look for locations throughout the OCCC, including lecture areas and the Expo Hall (except on Saturday).
Sunday through Wednesday, scan your badge at two or more booths in the Expo Hall during the morning coffee break, and you could win Orlando attraction tickets, an iPad package or a Bose Soundlink Mini Bluetooth Speaker.
To accommodate a busy Saturday schedule, attendees with lunch included as part of their registration (a fork and knife symbol will be on your badge) can enjoy prepared meal choices in easy grab-and-go boxes. Lunch is provided as part of your registration fee and can be picked up in the Hilton Orlando, Orange Ballroom from 11:45 AM – 1:45 PM. Gluten Free, Vegan and Vegetarian options will be available.
The VMX Deli serves lunch from 10:45 AM – 1:45 PM in the Expo Hall. If your conference badge has a fork and a knife symbol, your registration includes one complimentary meal from the VMX Deli inside the Expo Hall on each day you are registered for VMX. Cash and credit card are accepted for additional items or for guests who do not have lunch included as part of their registration. Meal vouchers are also available for purchase outside the VMX Deli.
