    This role is focused on being the liaison between NAVC and eShow event management software.

    To perform this job successfully, candidates must understand the conference and event management industry as it involves understanding association and corporate event planning best practices. The Event Operations Team is responsible for all technical system aspects of planning on-site registration, meeting and special event amenities and accommodations associated with our internal and contractual client agreements.


    The Event Operations Project Coordinator will work the entire life cycle of an event from the infancy stages of planning to the close and post conference conversation. Dependent on products serviced, the event coordinator can be managing as many as seven or eight components to an event at any given time.
